The room design was bright!!! The room provided positive emotions on a gloomy morning. The shower in the bathroom was great. Buffet breakfast included a big selection.

I found the parking signage to be poor. It was difficult to find the parking and circled the building for a long time.

the staff was polite and helpful i found them quick and efficient the room was spacious it included good equipment and was clean the reception personnel was also great. i liked that the wifi was fast and it did not require excessive login questions. i used a qr code reader to access restaurant menus like the business launch menu.

i noticed the hot water was unavailable one morning the temperature remained inconsistent after restoration. i found hair in the bathroom plus the tea spoons needed re-washing. the bathroom had cracked paintwork and an awkwardly low toilet. i had requested a quiet room but got one overlooking a busy street.

The room was fantastic. It was a big, spacious standard double room. tea making facilities and an iron with an ironing board were available. the tv was a good size, and the air conditioning was quiet.

paying for parking was necessary and i ended up parking on the sidewalk, because there were no available spaces.

The staff was genuinely helpful, ESPECIALLY with directions! the room was spacious and well kept. i LOVED the complimentary natural lemonade offered near the lobby bar. A really refreshing touch. the private kettle and ironing kit in the room added convenience, i appreciate it.

the music playing in the hallway late at night was a distraction. It made it difficult to fall asleep because it was loud! perhaps adjusting the timing or volume could improve the experience .
